The Youguosi PagodaKaifeng is a prefecture and a city in the eastern part of the district, located along the southern bank of the Huang He, the Yellow River.
The city was formerly known as Bianjing.
One of the most attractive famous scenic spots at the city is the Youguosi Pagoda, or Iron Pagoda, built in 1049 AD during the Song dynasty.
